About: A luxury rental, new-build property was created for the high-end/footballers market in Bowden.  The client, a renowned property developer in the North West approached us to create a striking contemporary garden design in Altrincham to compliment the properties exterior and luxury interior design.  The concept needed to be low-maintenance but high impact with a “wow factor”.  A dining terrace and a sheltered outdoor living room for entertaining and modern outdoor living was required and in the from ample room for parking.   

Designed for minimal work and maximum pleasure, the minimalist, contemporary garden features a stunning pavilion with an outdoor chimney/fire place, built using the same materials as the house to create continuity and cohesion.  It also features a large dining terrace all using a beautiful large format porcelain tile from CTC in Altrincham.  

Bespoke concrete benches were commissioned and created for us by an amazing local artisan, Da Vinci Designer Concrete with contrast beautifully with the surrounding plants and gravel surface..  The planting is wild and naturalistic using lots of ornamental grasses, perennials and multi-stem trees which create the most relaxing and coolest vibe to this fabulous Bowden garden which looks stunning at night under the atmospheric mood lighting.   Privacy was a key concern with the space as there are a number of other properties surrounding it and an ugly building to the rear so we used 8m high bamboo to create a contemporary screen.
