About: A once in a career project for the studio. We were asked by one of the UK’s most progressive developers to create a full landscape master plan for a luxury property development.
The property features four luxury apartments in Altrincham’s most affluent area of Bowden. The landscape envelops the property and features a beautiful, modern formal entrance, a sweeping driveway and communal garden creating a serene sense of arrival. Large hornbeam beehives and multi stem trees create a sense of grandeur whilst woodland planting and wildflower meadows create a connection to the surrounding agricultural landscape of the Cheshire countryside.
To the rear of the property a large space is dedicated to the communal garden with expansive lawns and spaces where residents can relax and socialise.
Each of the private residences have their own private gardens. Luxurious in their approach, these contemporary spaces bring a wow factor and feature bespoke designs such as steel pavilions, outdoor kitchens, living rooms, green walls and funky features including a 3m cantilevered concrete fire table.
The property and the gardens are going to be unlike anything else found in the area. Watch this space!
